VEGETABLE BEEF SOUP 
1 3/4 lb. cubed beef
1 qt. tomatoes
10 c. water
1 c. diced onions
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 1/2 c. shredded cabbage
1 c. diced celery
2 diced carrots
1 c. diced potato
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
3 beef bouillon cubes
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt

Combine first 8 ingredients. Simmer until meat is tender. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer until vegetables are done.
