TUNA CROQUETTES 
2 regular size cans of tuna (water packed)
1 egg
1/2 c. flour

Drain water from tuna; empty tuna into mixing bowl. Beat in egg. Add 1/2 cup flour or until mixture is stiff and firm. Form into flat patties. Spray frying pan with Pam. Fry patties until brown on both sides.

Much cheaper than salmon, yet tastes the same.
