HERBAL SHRIMP 
MARINADE:

1/4 tsp. crushed garlic
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. chopped cilantro
3 tbsp. lite olive oil
1 tbsp. lime juice
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 lb. jumbo shrimp, clean, peeled and deveined

Prepare marinade of first 6 ingredients. Add shrimp to marinade and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Remove shrimp from marinade and put on skewers. Broil in oven or grill until shrimp is done. Remove shrimp from skewers. Serve on bed of cooked rice or pasta. Serves 2-3.
