SNOW BALLS 
1 c. butter (2 sticks)
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar (10x)
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. sifted all purpose flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Cream butter and 10x sugar until fluffy. Blend in vanilla and flour; stir in nuts. Chill several hours for ease in handling. Shape into balls 1 inch in diameter, place on baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes in preheated 350 degree oven. Roll balls while warm in 10x sugar and cool.
