BROCCOLI DELIGHT 
4 chicken thighs
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 can cream chicken soup
1 c. mayonnaise
Salt & pepper to taste
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
Bread crumbs

Boil chicken thighs until tender. Skin, de-bone and shred. Lay in bottom of casserole dish. Boil broccoli, then layer on top of chicken. Mix cream soups, mayonnaise and season to taste. Pour over chicken and broccoli. Spread grated cheese and bread crumbs on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
