RED TOMATO KETCHUP 
1/2 bu. tomatoes
2 qts. med. strong vinegar
2 c. sugar (granulated)
1/2 c. brown sugar
7 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. red pepper
4 lg. onions (ground)

Core and boil tomatoes until soft. Take through sieve. Let stand overnight and pour off water that comes to top. Add the rest of ingredients. Cook until thick, then bottle.
