BEEF CUBES AU VIN 
2 lb. beef cubes
4 onions, chopped
6 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. fresh sliced mushrooms or 4 oz. can
3/4 c. white wine or sherry
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. rosemary

Brown meat and onions in butter. Add mushrooms, wine and seasonings to meat, simmer 1 1/2 hours until almost tender.

Add: 2 c. dairy sour cream

Stir into meat and simmer 30 minutes longer. Serve over buttered poppy seed noodles.
