BUTTERMILK BISCUITS 
4 c. self-rising flour
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. shortening
3/4 c. sugar
1 3/4 c. buttermilk or heavy whipping cream

Preheat oven to 500°F. Mix all dry ingredients with shortening. Cut in shortening. Add all moist ingredients, knead on hard, floured surface.

Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until golden.
