RUSSIAN CHICKEN 
16 oz. can whole berry cranberry sauce
8 oz. bottle Russian or French dressing
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 fryer, cut up and skinned or pieces of your choice

Combine sauce, dressing and soup mix. Heat thoroughly, mixing to blend, on stove or in microwave, until well mixed. Arrange chicken pieces in 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
