SPAGHETTI PIE | |
1 6 oz pkg spaghetti 2 eggs, beaten 1/4 c grated parmesan cheese 2 tbsp butter 1/3 c chopped onion 1 c sour cream 1 6 oz can tomato paste 1 c water 1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained 1 4 oz pkg shredded mozzarella cheese Break spaghetti in half; cook in boiling water until tender and drain. While spaghetti is warm, combine with eggs and parmesan cheese, and pour into well greased 10 inch pie pan. Gently press mixture up and around sides. Sauté onions in melted butter, cool and stir in sour cream, gently place over spaghetti mixture. combine sausage, tomato paste and water, pour over sour cream mixture. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and allow to melt. Serve hot. |
