“PECAN DELIGHTS” IS IN:

PECAN DELIGHTS 
2 egg whites
2 cups sifted sugar
1 tbsp. bourbon
1 tsp. vinegar
2 cups pecan halves

Preheat oven to 300°F.

Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry; gradually add sugar, beating constantly. Add bourbon and vinegar; fold in pecans.

Drop by tablespoonfuls 2-inches apart onto greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 300°F for 12 to 15 minutes.

Variation: One teaspoon vanilla extract may be substituted for bourbon.

Makes 30 servings.
