WHOLE EGG SUBSTITUTE 
3 egg whites
1/4 c. low-fat milk
1 tbsp. low-fat milk powder
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. cornstarch
Yellow food coloring

Stir the cornstarch gradually into the milk until smooth. Beat the egg whites slightly with a fork; add the cornstarch milk. Stir well; add low-fat milk powder, oil, and coloring. Beat gently until well blended. Cover and store in refrigerator. 1/4 cup makes substitute for one egg.
