CORN PUDDING 
1 lg. can Mexican corn
1 lg. can cream style corn
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste
1 egg
1 c. sour cream
1/2 box Jiffy Corn Bread Mix
1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Combine ingredients. Pour into ungreased casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.
