VEGETABLE BEEF CHOWDER 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1 can vegetable soup
1 can Brooks hot chili beans
1 1/2 c. water
1/8 tsp. pepper

Brown meat and onion together. Drain off fat. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 30 minutes. Makes 4-6 servings. Simple and delicious!
