1 c. orange juice 1 tbsp. non-dairy creamer or dried milk 1/2 chopped banana 3-4 cherries, sliced in half 2 handfuls of ice cubes 2 oz. cherry juice Use a blender. First you measure out 1 cup of orange juice and then add 1 tablespoon of non-dairy creamer or dried milk. Chop 1/2 of a banana into bite-size pieces, then add 3-4 cherries sliced into halves, then add 2 handfuls of ice cubes and then 2 oz. of cherry juice or 1/4. Now all the ingredients should be in the blender. Put the blend on grind for 30 seconds, then switch to blend to mix everything up, hold that for 30 seconds too, then stop. This recipe makes 2-3 servings. |
