CORN COB JELLY 
12 bright red corn cobs
3 pints water
1 box Sure Jell
3 c. sugar

Boil broken cobs in water for 30 minutes. Remove from heat and strain the liquid. If it doesn't amount to 3 cups, add enough water to make 3 cups. Add Sure Jell and bring to a rolling boil. Add sugar and boil 2 to 3 minutes, or until jelly stage.
