FROZEN CHOCOLATE PEPPERMINT
DESSERT
 
1 1/3 c. chopped pecans
1 1/3 c. crushed peppermint sticks or pillows
2 c. miniature marshmallows
2 c. heavy cream, whipped and slightly sweetened
1 pkg. Nabisco dark chocolate wafers

Fold together pecans, peppermint, and marshmallows into cream. Crush wafers. Cream mixture may be chilled a little, then individual balls rolled in crumbs or spread half the crumbs in bottoms of ice cube trays (or any shallow pan you can put in freezer). Add the filling; cover with remaining crumbs, patting lightly. Freeze 12 hours. A good use for leftover candy canes.
