LEMON FLUFF 
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
1 pack lemon Jello
1 can evaporated milk
Rind & juice of 1 lemon

Cook sugar and water for 5 minutes. Add Jello and cool. Milk must be very cold. Beat for 8 minutes. Add milk, lemon rind and juice to Jello mixture. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs
