OATMEAL PIE 
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 stick butter
3/4 c. oatmeal
3/4 c. waffle syrup
3/4 c. grated coconut
3/4 c. pecans, chopped
1 pie shell

Beat eggs; add sugar. Mix well; add melted butter. Add remaining ingredients; pour into unbaked pie crust. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Yield: 6 servings.
