ROMAN GARLIC BREAD 
1/2 c. softened butter
4 tbsp. sour cream
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
3 tsp. chopped parsley
1 loaf French or Italian bread

Combine all ingredients except bread. Let stand for 20-30 minutes for flavors to blend. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Slice bread not quite through bottom crust. Spread cut sides with seasoned butter. Bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until hot and crusty.
