8 med. potatoes, sliced
1/4 c. green peppers, diced
1/4 c. onions, diced
1 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Salt and pepper to taste

Layer ingredients in 9x12 inch pan. Mix soup and milk and pour over other ingredients. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
