SAVORY CHEESE PUFF 
1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing mix, any flavor
1/2 lb. Swiss or cheddar cheese, grated or slices
3 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. melted butter
4 slightly beaten eggs
3 1/2 c. milk

Pour stuffing crumbs into a casserole dish. Top with cheese, sprinkle with flour, and drizzle evenly with butter. Combine eggs, milk, and seasoning packet; mix well. Pour over crumbs mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 8 servings.
