1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
6 tbsp. sour cream or yogurt
3 c. diced apples
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins
2 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 tsp. salt

Cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs, sour cream, flour, baking soda, salt, and spices. Beat until smooth. Fold in apples, nuts, and raisins. Pour into greased 13 x 9 inch pan or bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
