PEANUT BUTTER PUDDING 
1/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1/3 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Combine sugar, cornstarch and salt in saucepan; gradually add milk. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. Boil and stir two minutes longer. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Pour into four individual dessert dishes. Cover; chill. Serve with chocolate sauce if desired.
