1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. 10x sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. milk
1 c. jam or pie filling

Mix flour, butter, sugar, baking powder, and milk until dough forms. Divide into 6 equal parts. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and flatten slightly. Make a dent 1 3/4 inches around, 3/4 inches deep in center. Fill with 2 tablespoons filling. Bake 20-25 minutes at 375 degrees. 6 large cookies.
