RAW CABBAGE RELISH 
4 lb. cabbage
9 sweet red peppers
9 sweet green peppers
4 carrots
8 onions
Pinch of pepper
1/2 c. salt
3 pt. vinegar
4 c. sugar
2 tsp. celery seed
2 tsp. mustard seed

Chop fine. Let stand 3 hours. Drain 1 hour in a cloth bag. Mix in a bowl and let stand 1/2 hour longer. Seal in sterilized jars.
