POTATO SAUSAGE CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. sausage 2 1/2 c. thinly sliced potatoes 1 can cream of celery soup 1/3 c. water 1/3 c. grated Cheddar cheese 1 sm. onion, chopped fine 2 tsp. parsley (optional) 1/2 c. chopped green pepper Pimento (optional) Cut up sausage, potatoes, onion, and green pepper. Put in a casserole dish. Heat the soup, water, and cheese until the cheese is melted. Pour over potatoes mixture. Add parsley and pimento, if desired. Bake at least 1 hour in a 350 degree oven. Can be doubled for a larger serving. |
