RICE PUDDING | |
2 egg whites 2 c. skim milk 2 tbsp. sugar 1 1/2 c. brown rice, cooked 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 c. raisins Dash of cinnamon Beat egg whites until stiff. Add milk and sugar. Mix well. Stir in rice, vanilla, and raisins. Pour into non-stick baking pan. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Stir and add more cinnamon. Cook another 20 minutes. |
