PECAN ROLLS 
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
1 lb. box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
3 tbsp. water
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Combine first 3 ingredients, mixing with your hands. Shape into five 4 x 1-inch rolls. Chill 2 to 3 hours. This mixture will be very dry.

Combine caramels and water. Cook in a double boiler until melted. (You can use the microwave.) Dip rolls in this mixture and roll in the chopped pecans. Chill 1 hour. Cut into slices to serve.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
