Mix well. Pour into Tupperware container and freeze for 8 hours.

Mix all ingredients except wine and boil for 20 minutes. Add wine and allow to steam.

Mix together well and store in air tight container. Use 2 heaping teaspoons for every cup of hot water or to suit taste.
