Cover both sides of brisket with Liquid Smoke, garlic, onion, ... 8-10 hours. Take out slice across grain. Put in pot with BBQ sauce for 1 hour.

Place brisket, sauce, vinegar, smoke and ... Wrap in foil and heat. (I don't add additional sugar because it's so sweet, but you may like it.)

Sprinkle brisket of beef generously with celery ... and sprinkle liberally with Worcestershire sauce. Cover and bake at 275 degrees for 6 hours.

Trim brisket of excess fat. Rub fajita ... bar-b-que sauce. Return to oven and heat thoroughly. (Masterpiece Bar-B-Que sauce or Bull's Eye is good.)

Smoke on grill 3 hours. Place brisket in browning bag. Add 2 ... people. This method works great on ribs and roast also. Cooking time will vary.



Baste both sides of brisket with the above and cover ... degrees for 2 1/2 hours. Baste with the Woody's Cook-in Sauce for about an hour, uncovered.

Day 1: Place brisket on large sheet of aluminum ... cold. Put meat and sauce in skillet and heat until warm. Make 2 and freeze one. Delicious!

The night before serving, sprinkle brisket with onion salt and celery ... generously. Re-wrap and continue cooking. Slice and serve with rolls, etc.

Trim all visible fat from brisket. Cover both sides of ... because all the work is done the day before. Usually only needs 5 to 6 hours to cook.

Sprinkle both sides of meat ... 6-8 hours. Remove brisket from liquid and slice against ... brisket. Note: I use small dinner rolls as sandwiches.
