Set out until room temperature. Mix with hands and form into a ball. Roll in finely chopped pecans. Put cherry on top to make it pretty.

Mix well; form ball. Chill.

Reserve half of beef. Mix all ingredients and form into a ball. Roll in reserved beef and refrigerate.

Mix well and shape into a ball and refrigerate until firm. Cover with chopped nuts.
