Let sherbet melt; add items and serve immediately. DO NOT make ahead of time and DO NOT add ice.

44. PUNCH
Serves 60 people.

In a large punch bowl, mix the fruit juices together, add passenola and grenadine, mix well. Stir in gin. Serve with plenty of ice.

Combine over ice in punch bowl. Garnish each cup with fresh cherries with stems.
