Mix together and make into patties. Fry until browned and serve with tartar sauce or sour cream.

Pour hot water over several ... until light and fluffy. Add clams. Season to taste. Fry by spoonfuls in butter. Brown carefully. Serve at once.

Sift flour. Add baking powder ... stir until smooth. Add 1 pint clams, finely chopped. Blend well. Drop by spoonfuls in frying fat until browned.

Mix first 4 ingredients. Fold in whites last. Drop in deep fat and turn out when they pop up in fat.
