Fill each can of soup with whole milk. Add crab, cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Then add sherry, cook until piping hot.

Puree crab meat and soups in blender. Pour into saucepan; add other ingredients; heat at low temperature.

Saute shallots in butter until wilted. Add all ingredients and bring to boil. Lower heat. Stir often. Simmer 30 minutes. Salt to taste.

Break off claws. Discard small ... and face of crab. Break crab in half ... beef broth, and simmer until vegetables are just tender. 12 servings.



Saute celery and green pepper, ... pepper. Add potato soup (do not dilute). Add half ... and cream. Add crab meat, 1/2 cup sherry. Bring ... green pepper, chopped fine.

Combine all ingredients except crab. Add 4 cans water. Bring to boil and simmer 30 minutes. Add crab; simmer another 30 minutes.

Saute green onions and butter 2-3 minutes. Add all ingredients and heat; serve. 4 servings.

Cook all ingredients except meat on low flame until warm.

Saute onion, celery, parsley, and ... Add corn, potato soup, and milk. Season to ... too thick. Serve with a dash of hot sauce in each soup bowl.
