Mix together to make paste like batter.

1. Beat egg yolk, beer ... in flour and cornstarch. 2. Beat egg whites ... mixture. Beat a little longer. Add salt, pepper and seasoned salt to taste.

Mix all ingredients and add warm beer to correct consistency.

Beat yolk, add beer, melted butter, flour and cornstarch and fold in beaten egg white. Dip in batter and fry. Batter should not come off. Dry fish well before dipping.

Combine cornstarch, flour and salt. Stir ... egg whites. Cut fish fillets into serving pieces and dip in batter. Fry in hot 375 ... paper toweling. Serves 6-8.



Mix above ingredients together. Fold in egg whites. If mixture is too stiff, add a bit more beer.

Mix all dry ingredients then add egg and beer. Serves 4 to 6.

Add club soda or beer to make a thin batter, not too thin. Coat fish with flour first. Dip in batter and deep fry.

In a bowl stir first 5 ingredients. Then, add water and egg. Stir until smooth. Then deep fry and drain on paper towel.

Use on fish or chicken. Make sure meat is dry and not wet.
