Boil all ingredients for 5 ... pour into wide mouth jars or container and add hard boiled eggs (peeled). Let set overnight. Will keep for weeks.

Boil as many eggs as you wish to pickle ... pickles, 1/2 and 1/2 boil. Pack eggs in jars pour boiling vinegar over eggs seal. Will be hot but good!

Bring to a boil and boil a couple minutes. Pour hot over eggs and onion rings. Ready in 3 days but taste better after 5 days.

Bring beet juice to a ... vinegar. Simmer until sugar is dissolved. Pour over hard boiled eggs (12). Put in glass jar and let set for a few days.

Combine and boil 10 minutes. After the boiling time, pour over 12 hard boiled eggs in a large jar. Don't eat for a few days.

Boil 2 dozen eggs, shell and cool OR ... brine and refrigerate at least 24 hours. Leave spices tied in bag in brine for a couple days, then remove.
