DRESSING FOR SPINACH SALAD 
1 c. oil (Crisco)
1/3 c. wine vinegar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 to 2 drops Worcestershire sauce

Shake paprika on top of these ingredients in a jar. Shake very well. Wash spinach in ice cold water, drain well and dry well with paper towels. Keep in plastic bag to crisp before using. When ready to mix salad, add crisp-cooked bacon, crumbled into bits, hard-cooked egg, chopped very fine, sliced mushrooms, sliced Spanish onion rings. Toss with dressing 15 minutes before serving.
