PICANTE-DIJON GRILLED CHICKEN 
4 boneless chicken breasts, skinned
1 c. picante sauce
3 tbsp. dark brown sugar
4 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
Salt to taste

Pound chicken to 1/2 inch thickness. Combine picante sauce, sugar and mustard; mix well. Place chicken on grill over hot coals or on rack of broiler pan about 6 inches from heat; brush generously with sauce mixture. Grill or broil 6-8 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Sprinkle with salt to taste. Heat remaining sauce and serve with chicken.
