SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN 
2 broiler-fryer chickens, cut in serving pieces
1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian salad dressing
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 (10 to 12 oz.) jar apricot or peach preserves
1 tsp. Accent
Green pepper slivers and/or mushrooms (optional)

Arrange chicken in large baking dish. Pour and sprinkle ingredients on chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, basting occasionally. Serve over rice or noodles.
