EASY CHILI 
2 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
2 med. cloves garlic, minced (optional)
1 can Campbell's beef broth
2 cans Campbell's tomato soup
1 can water
2 (15 1/2 oz.) cans kidney or chili beans, undrained
3 tbsp. chili powder (more or less to taste)
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 c. cooked macaroni or spaghetti, drained

In large heavy pan, brown beef and cook onion with garlic until tender. Drain well. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer 30 minutes; stirring occasionally.

NOTE: My kids hate beans. So I puree the beans in the blender. I keep the flavor and nutritional value and they don't throw the beans out.
