MINTED GLAZED CARROTS 
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 can (1 lb.) baby carrots, drained
2 tbsp. mint, chopped or 1/2 tsp. dried mint flakes

Melt sugar and butter. Add carrots. Cook slowly until glazed but DO NOT BROWN. Sprinkle with mint when almost ready to serve.
