RAW VEGETABLE SALAD 
Fresh:

Carrots
Broccoli
Celery
Cauliflower
Green peppers
Radishes
Onion (rings), red looks nice

3 pkgs. Italian dressing
3/4 c. vinegar
6 tbsp. water
1 c. vegetable oil

In jar mix dressing, vinegar, water and oil. Pour over cut vegetables. (Use tight sealing container.) Marinate at least 1 hour before serving. (Turn upside down after 1/2 hour.)
