1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 sm. marshmallow cream
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 or 2 tbsp. pineapple spears juice
1 tbsp. caramel sauce

Mix well with mixer. Real good with watermelon boat. Keep cool.
