CHICKEN SOUP 
2 qts. water
Chicken parts
2 celery stalks, chopped fine
1 lg. onion, chopped fine
3 carrots, sliced thin
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 chicken bouillon cubes
Parsley
Salt and pepper
Soup macaroni (ancini d'pepi)

Add all the ingredients EXCEPT macaroni. Simmer slowly for hours. Twenty minutes before serving, remove chicken parts and bring soup to a boil. Add macaroni and cook until tender.
