BEEF STROGANOFF 
2 1/2 lbs. sliced steak meat
2/3 c. sliced green onions
2/3 c. sliced mushrooms
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 buds rubbed garlic
2 tbsp. paprika
2 tbsp. flour
2 oz. red dry wine
4 tsp. sour cream
1 pt. beef bouillon or brown sauce

Mix spices and flour together and use to dust meat. Melt 2 tablespoons butter in skillet and brown meat. Add wine and reduce heat. Add onions and mushrooms and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add brown gravy or bouillon and mix until smooth. Cook for 45 minutes then add sour cream.

Serve over rice or noodles.
