FAMILY SPAGHETTI 
1 1/2 tbsp. butter, butter or oil
1 onion diced
1 lb. ground beef
1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
12 oz. spaghetti
1 lb. cheddar cheese slices
1 tbsp. oil

Melt butter, add onion and cook until tender. Add meat and cook until lightly browned, breaking up with fork to keep crumbly. Add tomatoes, chili powder, salt and pepper. Cook uncovered 25 minutes over low heat. Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water and drain. Spread about half the spaghetti in a greased 2 quart casserole. Top with half of the sauce and cheese slices. Then repeat ending with cheese. Drizzle oil over top. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
