PEANUT BUTTER CREAM PIE 
1 baked pie shell

Chocolate Layer:

Over medium heat melt chocolate chips, butter and water stirring constantly. Add powdered sugar. Stir till smooth adding more water if needed. Spread mixture over bottom and sides of cooled crust.

Filling:

1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup peanut butter
12 oz. whipped topping

In pan combine butter and brown sugar. Cook till butter is melted and mixture is smooth. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.

Beat peanut butter and brown sugar mixture at low speed until blended. Beat at medium speed. Add whipped topping and beat until smooth and creamy. Pour over chocolate layer. Refrigerate.

Topping:

1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 tbsp. butter
2-3 tsp. milk
1 1/2 tsp. corn syrup

Melt chocolate chips, butter, 2 tsp. milk over low heat. Spread over top of pie refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.

Mark slices before topping is completely set. When slicing dip knife in warm water.
