CORN PUDDING 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
Paprika
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Buttered bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped red or green pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. mustard
2 c. corn
1 egg

Make a sauce of fat, flour and seasonings. Add corn, slightly beaten egg, mustard and pepper. Pour in a buttered baking dish, cover with buttered crumbs. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. (Serves 4.)
