QUICK CHICKEN POT PIE 
Four skinless chicken pieces cut into bite size
3 med. sized potatoes, peeled and cut into bite size
1 med. sized onion
2 peeled carrots, diced
2 celery ribs diced
Salt and pepper
Bisquick

Cook meat and vegetables in a baking dish, with water to cover, on top of stove until tender. Use the rolled biscuit recipe make enough dough to cover the dish and bake at 350 degrees until light brown. Serve hot alone or with a green salad.
